charming stay, a total win
ample space tasty meals kids zone
i found the pool area offered ample space for relaxation. numerous loungers were available. the onsite restaurant provided tasty meals with diversified options. the hotel also had a kids zone, which i found great for families traveling with children.
the hotel's location felt distant from the city center. transportation was required to reach main attractions. i would've preferred a more central location within walking distance to popular sites.

the room i stayed in had two separate sinks, this was handy for multiple guests. a rainfall shower was included. the room featured a terrace, this provided a nice outdoor space.

cold swimming pool limited breakfast
the hotel was clean. the staff at reception and the managers were very accommodating, polite and helpful.
The breakfast options were limited. there were no meat options available, such as turkey bacon or chicken slices. I found only pastries, eggs, tomatoes, and olives. the swimming pool was always cold. Nobody used it , as it was too cold. the tv also did not work properly..

the superior double room included a minibar. a safe was also available in the room, we loved it. the receptionists were helpful with directions to local attractions.

towel service reception request
the pool was acceptable (i guess).
I encountered some issues with the room service. the towels were taken away, even when i tried to reuse them. New ones were not delivered until late. this happened despite my requests at reception. it was a bit annoying (to put it mildly).

clean room comfy mattress attentive staff
I found the room clean. The mattress was super comfy. I saw that the staff was attentive. I think the hotel is a good choice. I like the breakfast too, so delicious!
The gym needs more equipment.
