charming stay, a total win
ample spacetasty mealskids zonedistant location
i found the pool area offered ample space for relaxation. numerous loungers were available. the onsite restaurant provided tasty meals with diversified options. the hotel also had a kids zone, which i found great for families traveling with children.
the hotel's location felt distant from the city center. transportation was required to reach main attractions. i would've preferred a more central location within walking distance to popular sites.

the hotel was clean. the staff at reception and the managers were very accommodating, polite and helpful.
The breakfast options were limited. there were no meat options available, such as turkey bacon or chicken slices. I found only pastries, eggs, tomatoes, and olives. the swimming pool was always cold. Nobody used it , as it was too cold. the tv also did not work properly..

I encountered some issues with the room service. the towels were taken away, even when i tried to reuse them. New ones were not delivered until late. this happened despite my requests at reception. it was a bit annoying (to put it mildly).
